To achieve success we need to have a positive attitude. We can achieve this by using positive thinking and self-talk. People who succeed need to think positive and tell themselves that they can do it.
Talk to yourself through affirmations. Always stay positive and believe, believe, believe. The Laws of Attraction and Abundance are there for everyone. It is no secret that we create our own circumstances in life by the choices we make. Our choices are fueled by our thoughts.
The Law of Attraction had taken on a life of its own in the world of personal development. The best thing to come out of the “Secret” revelation was that it caused people to think about and have a new respect for the power of their own mind. Knowing about the Laws is not enough, knowing how to take full advantage is the real key to living the life you desire.
If you really think that Ask, Believe and Receive is the formula for success, you will grow old waiting for your dreams to come true. If the Law of Attraction is going to work you must take control of your thoughts and by that I mean you must be diligent to keep the positive in and the negative out.
Being positive and telling yourself that you can do something like reaching that big dream you have for the future will change your attitude and make those dreams come true. Tell yourself that you can do it instead of thinking negative and let your self-think that the dream is too big you’ll never make it that far. This is called affirmatives, which bring nice rewards.
If we think about negative things, our mind will talk us right out of doing something especially if it seems scary. Don’ pay attention to those negative notions; jump in there by thinking positive, like “I can do this.”
• Don’t be afraid to give to others. The Law of Attraction states that you get back what you give out.
• Be clear about what you want. Talk about it. Keep it in the forefront of your mind and never lose sight of it.
• Believe it is possible and do your part to take the actions necessary to make it so.
Our attitudes depend on how we are thinking. If we think negative thoughts, we will be unhappy. When we are happy, thinking positive things, our attitude will be happy and we in turn can be happier around others as well as ourselves. We have to be happy with our self in order to have a good attitude on life.
No matter what we do in this life, success depends on the resources and commitment we bring to the task.
If you haven’t already made of list of dreams and goals, you want than do that right now. Make your list of dreams and goals knowing that you will have to work in order to achieve them. While you are doing this, use the power of your mind to stay positive. You will only sabotage yourself if somewhere in the back of your mind your are thinking negative things like “I’ll never be able to get this dream” or “good thing never happen to me.”
Feel like a new person with an attitude adjustment; remember that if your thinking negative than that is how you’re going to feel. Positive thinking and self-talk will make you think happy giving you better health as well.
Thinking happy things by positive thinking will get you a long ways towards attracting good things to your life.
Relieving stress by thinking positive things will help you prevent health problems. Stress can and will cause you high blood pressure, heart diseases, strokes and high cholesterol. Start relieving stress with positive thinking and self-talk.
Tell yourself that you’re going to be a happy person today. Everyday you’re going to learn to smile more, learn a new skill, and do something positive for yourself. These and many others thinking positive will help relieve stress and help to putting your life on track with better health. Removing Obstacles with Positive Thinking
How do we withstand life's challenges without enduring stress? The truth is, we don’t.
Life is ever changing and the world we live in gets more and more complex every day.
Everywhere you look there are people struggling for new ways to reduce stress and to remove the difficulties and obstacles that stand between them and success.
One of the best methods and means to remove stress is exercising daily. Go for a walk; ride your bike around the block or play a sport. Whatever you decide to do, while you are doing it, take a moment to be grateful for your surroundings. The roof over your head, the flowers on the side of the road or the grass beneath your feet and of the many day to day things we usually take for granted. This small exercise will heighten your sense of awareness and take the edge off the problems of the day.
Whatever adversity or situation you may be dealing with at the moment, rest assured there are solutions to your problems. The first step to removing any barriers and the most important thing you can do is get out of your own way.
Take time to sit down and evaluate your brain. Look at your situation and see if you can find a solution. See if you can locate the problem and alleviate it. Evaluate how you are perceiving the problem and make a determination as to whether you have any control over the situation. In other words, talk to yourself and analyze the problem then act accordingly.
It's a proven fact that people often make allowance and simply accept stress because they believe it comes with the territory.
Our stress, much like our suffering is self imposed.
Make a commitment to your future. Get out of your own way.

Happiness is a choice; the choice is yours!
Most of us are either feeling relatively happy or unhappy from moment to moment, and we see only one not the other. Some people would rather be certain they are miserable than risk being happy. But the majority of us are all searching for happiness without sorrow, joy without bounds and an inner peace that surpasses all understanding. However, we first have to seek and destroy the unwanted and unnecessary baggage that wears us down. I prefer to call it “Take Out the Trash”.
We are all born with an innate ability to let go. Infants and small children do it effortlessly. Because this ability was not under our conscious control, over time we forget how to do it and we live our lives by internalizing every fear, every anxiety and every hurt we have ever experienced. We stack it and pack it and carry it with us. We become overwhelmed with grief, resentment, anger and frustration.
I think it is fair to say that most people believe that life experiences are a function of what happens around them. But the fact is true life experiences are a function of how we relate to what happens. Each person’s outer world is a reflection of their inner thoughts and ideas.
Only you can decide what reaction you have to the events of your life. You choose if you see something as an opportunity to show your true colors, or a sign that you should just give up, be angry, frustrated, happy or sad.
No one makes us happy or scared, excited or sad. Our emotions don’t happen to us, we decide how we feel. In fact, our thoughts, emotions and behaviors are the only things we really do control in our lives. We can always change what we think feel or do, but first we have to accept where we are and own the experience. After all we alone created the experience.
You cannot resolve sadness you deny, you cannot forgive yourself for a behavior you will not admit to or change any part of you that you insist does not exist. To change and grow, first accept the reality of who you are.
No matter what is going on in your life, no matter how you feel in response to a specific experience, circumstance, situation or memory, there is always one thing you can do. In any situation regardless of the mitigating factors, you can decide that instead of fighting and resisting whatever is going on in your life, you can make peace with it, embrace it and learn from it.
Try not to live you life imprisoned in your past or fixated on your future. Learn to exist in the present moment and choose to be happy. Concentrate on the here and now—it is your life, participate in it!
Work like you don’t need money, love like you’ve never been hurt and dance like nobody’s watching.
